Thereafter, he began working as a news and sports anchor, producer at WRCB-TV in Chattanooga, Tennessee, in 2006, also as a photographer when necessary. Three years later, Will left to join WTVC-TV NewChannel9, where he served in the positions of a reporter and anchor, then moved to KOAT Action 7 News in Albuquerque, New Mexico to work as a general assignment reporter.

Rise to Fame and Fox News Channel

In May of 2013, he got an offer to work for the Fox News Channel, which he obviously accepted. During his stint there, Will served as a national correspondent and has covered such stories as the sexual harassment charges against San Diego Mayor Bob Filner, Hurricane Harvey, the tragedy when 19 firefighters were killed in a wildfire in Prescott, Arizona, the San Bernardino terrorist attacks, among many others.
